Human Resources Dataset Analysis
Prepared a report and presentation summarizing the project work and determine all possible analysis questions that can be deducted from the given dataset and would be of interest to the organization’s decision makers, e.g., what is the relation between the employees ages and their satisfaction level?

In this project query the Parch and Posey Database. The Parch and Posey Database holds information about a paper store. For this project, I was assisting the Parch and Posey team with understanding their web traffic, their customers and employees, and their order information.

I've worked in this project to understand the results of an A/B test run by an e-commerce website. The company has developed a new web page in order to try and increase the number of users who "convert," meaning the number of users who decide to pay for the company's product. My goal was to work through this notebook to help the company understand if they should implement this new page, keep the old page, or perhaps run the experiment longer to make their decision.

This interactive dashboard enables data-driven decision-making, helping businesses optimize sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Sales data Visualization
This project analyzed and visualized sales data to assess performance and profitability, providing valuable insights for sales managers. Using Power BI, we developed interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total sales, profit margins, revenue trends, and regional performance. The analysis identified top-performing products, profitable customer segments, and seasonal trends affecting sales. Through dynamic reports and visual storytelling, sales managers were able to make data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies and maximize profitability.
